The Family of God {Final Update from NYC}

I depart for the African continent on May 29!
As I go I feel the weight of leaving so many that I love, yet cost is irrelevant in light of the worth of my Beloved Jesus and the weight of His glory.

I rest in HIS words which fill me until I am satisfied:

And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for my sake will receive a hundred times as much and will inherit eternal life.”
— Matthew 19:29

My home is deep in JESUs' heart, and from there He calls me out. There is no one else worthy of all our devotion, all our lives, than Jesus, and I will follow Him to the ends of the earth.

I can't express the amount of gratitude I feel towards the big family in which God has placed me; I have been given an incredible gift in your love. I take it with me to every man, woman and child that God will put in my path.

The family of God is called to pursue the lost, to wrap our arms around orphans, to look into the eyes of the broken, and to carry His resurrection life to dead places and revive dead hearts.

He promises: "I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you."

John 14:18

And so here we come.
