The Way In

We are shown the upside-down nature of the Kingdom of God by walking alongside the broken and going back to our own brokenness. The poor, the weak, and the child freely come into this Kingdom. If we think we have it all together, we will miss it.  We must stoop low enough to gain entrance, and then we enter into all the fullness of God and gain our full stature as lovingly created children and heirs.

The Gospel is more simple, yet far more real, than we've ever imagined. Those who think they are wise fail to actually practice it, and inadvertently discard it as being below them. But those who know they are broken have full access to its power.

The greatest gift we will ever be given is love. It is greater than the gifts of prophecy, speaking in tongues, and having all manner of faith. These lesser gifts will eventually fade into eternity, but love will only grow stronger and brighter. Without love all these things do is create a clashing noise which distracts and repels people from the Holy One, from Love Himself.
